PUBLIC NOTICE

The monthly meeting of the council will be held in the Village Hall on Monday 26th September 2022 at 7.30pm.
There will be a public forum limited to a maximum of 10 minutes should any members of the public wish to ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

  2. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to receive any applications for Dispensation.  Members may make any declarations at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting
  3. Co-option of councillor
  4. To approve the Minutes of the last meeting held on 25.7.2022.
  5. Clerk’s Report on matters outstanding.                        
  6. Planning: To include discussions on production of a Neighbourhood Plan and proposal at 46 High Street to return  1no detached dwelling to 2no semi detached dwellings as application 144589 previously refused by WLDC
  7. Correspondence:- To note general Correspondence 
  8. Financial Matters: - To approve payments. 
  9. Report from outside bodies
  10. To discuss safety inspection report
  11. To resolve on quote to cut back conifer hedge at play area
  12. To discuss & resolve on this month's Facebook posts
  13. Items of information to be noted and if necessary to be dealt with at the next meeting
