PUBLIC NOTICE

The monthly meeting of the council will be held in the Village Hall on Monday 28th November 2022 at 7.30pm.
There will be a public forum limited to a maximum of 10 minutes should any members of the public wish to ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

  2. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to receive any applications for Dispensation.  Members may make any declarations at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting
  3. To approve the Minutes of the last meeting held on 31.10 2022.
  4. Clerk’s Report on matters outstanding.

  6. Correspondence:- To note general Correspondence 
  7. Financial Matters: - To approve payments. 
  8. Report from outside bodies
  9. To resolve on grant requests from Blyton Memorial Hall, Blyton Evergreens, Living Connections CIC and Stepping Stone Theatre.
  10. To resolve on grass cutting contracts for 2023.
  11. To resolve on budget and precept for 2023
