The monthly meeting of the council which will be held in the Council Room on Monday 27th January 2020 at 7.30pm.
There will be a 15 minute public forum should any members of the public wish to ask questions or make short statements to the
Council.

2. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to receive any applications for Dispensation. Members may make any declarations at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting
3. To approve the Minutes of the last meeting held on 25.11.2019

7. Financial Matters: - To approve payments and sign the Financial Statement.
8. Update on play park refurbishment and to further discuss & resolve on any matters that arise pertaining to this. To sign the Public Works Loan Board application.
9. To discuss the way forward with a Neighbourhood Plan for Blyton.
